Sistem Peredaran Darah

Sistem peredaran darah adalah sistem yang menghasilkan darah untuk seluruh tubuh kita. Organ-organnya adalah jantung yang selalu berdetak dan penting, pembuluh darah yang mengantarkan darah ke seluruh tubuh kita. Dan terakhir, darah adalah cairan yang penting dan mempunyai zat besi.

Sistem peredaran darah mempunyai koneksi yang hampir berkoneksi dengan semua sistem di tubuh kita. Seperti sistem pernafasan,mereka berkoneksi karena sewaktu jantung berdetak, darah akan masuk ke paru-paru dan membawa oksigen(yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pernafasan)ke seluruh tubuh kita.
Untuk membuat jantung kita sehat dan selalau berdetak, kita harus makan makanan yang sehat dan juga kita harus berolahraga setiap hari dan tidak boleh merokok
